Victory Statement

Now that I am a member of Freedom Fellowship, I will galvanize myself to the following truths.  The body of Freedom Fellowship has adapted these truths.  They are vital to my daily walk and my personal relationship with Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.  I will hold fast to these truths.  I will have freedom exercising my faith while I live a victorious life.  I acknowledge that the following truths can be put to the test and that they will not fail as they are taken from the Bible, God’s Holy word.

I am a new creation, a saint, who is to be salt unto the earth, and a light unto the world.  Now that I have been justified through faith, I am a personal witness of Christ.  I am a branch of the true vine, a channel of His life, chosen and appointed to bear fruit.  I am chosen of God, holy and dearly loved, a child of light and not of darkness, expressing the life of Christ, because He is my life.  I am God’s workmanship, His handiwork, born anew in Christ to do His work.  Therefore I am a prisoner of Christ.

Not only am I a member of Freedom Fellowship’s Family, but I am a child of God, adopted, as a member of a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a family of God’s own possession.  I am a fellow citizen with the rest of God’s family, being a joint heir with Christ, God’s Son, sharing His inheritance with Him.  Because God has accepted me as His child, I am a friend of Christ, united with the Lord, one spirit with Him.  I am a holy partaker of a heavenly calling, seated with Christ in the heavenly realm.  Since I call heaven my home, I am an alien and a stranger to this world, in which I temporary live in.

Now that I have freedom from sin I am a servant of God, reaping benefits of holiness that results in everlasting life.  My body is a living temple, a dwelling place of God, righteous and holy.  His Spirit and His life dwell in me.  I am one of God’s precious living stones, being built up in Christ, as a spiritual house.  I freely acknowledge that I have been bought with an expensive price, Christ’s life, so I know that I now belong to Christ.  Because of His marvelous love for me, I have been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins.

Therefore I have freedom forever from any condemnation, and I am free from any condemning charges from my accuser, the devil, my enemy.  Because I am born of God, the evil one cannot touch me.  I have been given a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind, not a spirit of fear.  Since I have been established, anointed, and sealed by God, nothing can separate me from the love of God.

Since the Holy Spirit resides in me, I have direct access to God, through the Holy Spirit.  Therefore, I may approach God with freedom and confidence, and I can always find grace and mercy in Him, to help me, in my time of need.  I acknowledge that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.  Because I am a member of Christ’s body, by God’s grace, I am complete in Christ, and I will resemble Christ upon His return.
